About Me

The Heart Behind the Caring Circle

Obi Ebelechukwu Ruth MPCC-P  MA.

You can call me Obi, I am a Master Practitioner In Clinical Counselling-Provisional with experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, identity development, and life transitions. I believe in the strength a person possesses and I look forward to harnessing it.

My work is grounded in creating a safe, steady space where clients feel seen and respected. I value ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative goal-setting, and I approach counselling with both professionalism and warmth. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals processing complex trauma, relational challenges, and career-related stress.

Beyond clinical skills, I am a mom, an animal lover and a serial volunteer in my community, with the Canadian Red Cross and my religious organization. I know what consistency, emotional presence, and a strong commitment looks like.
